All orders must be paid in full before production or shipment begins. No items will be prepared or shipped without full payment.


Processing Time

All products are made in small batches. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Large or custom orders may require additional time.


Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.


Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.


Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before submitting. We are not responsible for errors made at checkout.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the issue.


Cottage Food Notice

This product is made in a home kitchen that is not subject to routine government food safety inspection (adjust wording to match Arizona requirements).
